Ventana Vista Condo

We loved our time here. The home felt spacious and welcoming, with a calm, quiet feel that made it easy to settle in. Comfortable beds, a great layout, and such a convenient location near Sabino Canyon. Highly recommend.

The unit looked just as the pictures showed it. It was spacious and well-maintained and very comfortable for our group of four adults. It is a short walk from the trailheads at Sabino Canyon!

Great little condo on the outskirts of Tucson. My group and I loved the open layout of the place and the awesome view of the mountains. We’d 100% stay here again!

Great condo, wonderful neighborhood! Clean, comfortable rooms. Clubhouse had a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, so the kids swam even though it was in the mid 70’s. Basic condiments weren’t in the kitchen but that’s pretty trivial. Also, contact info for the hosts for early check in were not directly provided but we didn’t end up needing it. Overall, we loved it!

Overall dissapointed in our stay. The unit is nothing like what you see at surface level in the photos. The beds are absolutely horrible, both the mattresses are completely worn and sunken, and the bed frames squeak with every move. The shower rack in the master is completely rusted, it is unusable and it’s a serious health issue. The property appeared cleanish on surface level, but once we walked around with white socks for our first night, the bottoms were completely black. The floors clearly haven’t been mopped, maybe ever. There was hair all over our “clean”, unused towels. The drapes don’t block any light whatsoever. The vent in the twin bed room was completely shut and got no air flow, yet wasn’t able to be adjusted by us. When we checked in, the AC was off!!! In Tucson! It was 94 degrees in Tucson the day we arrived after 12 hours of travel and the unit was 83 degrees. It didn’t cool off until the next evening after running the AC for over 24 hours. The other upstairs neighbor has a tiny, tippy dog that barked at all hours of the day and night and kept our infant awake. There is just too much to write that needs improvement, so we will choose a better condo at Ventana Vista when we return.
