Located in a great gated community in Rancho Mirage, this cozy condo is ideal for a small family vacation or a romantic desert getaway for two. The open and inviting living area features comfortable furniture, a 55' flatscreen TV with a Bluetooth-enabled soundbar, a dining table with seating for four, and a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar. Step through the sliding glass doors and out onto your furnished patio complete with a table and chairs and a private gas grill. Guests will also enjoy access to shared tennis courts, and swimming pools.

Explore the park-like setting of this delightful community by following the road around the neighborhood for an energizing half-mile walk. Hop in the car and spend the day up on Mt San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (less than 15 miles away) where you will ascend to over 8,000 feet to experience breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley. Or for the more adventurous, head to the Indian Canyons area for a hike through the desert and an oasis to reach some spectacular waterfalls.

*Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Guests must stay for a minimum of 28 nights. For stays of 29 nights or more, additional discounts may be available

The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week

Nice but needs some TLC and furniture is getting dog eared.

I really enjoyed this unit. The space was perfect for me and my pet. The appliances worked well, the pool was 8ft deep, the covered parking was tight but oh well 😁. I would rate Vacasa 3.5 stars(a combo of 2 and 5 stars with generosity) for their mishandling of one reservation I had, causing me stress at first, but ultimately landing me in this location. This is the first company I’ve used who charged you for electricity use on top of a $300 cleaning deposit and a high charge for staying somewhere. So no need to clean when you leave. ✊

We were a family of four two adults and two kiddos. We received one gate key and literally and to hound the host for another key. One day I got lock out of the house had to pick the kids up for school was seriously late due the phone number I received to get in contact with host went to voicemail 10x at 2pm -4pm. I decided to call another Vacasa rep finally sent the host a message to call 30mins later I stated how unpleasant my stay was. I stated when I first check I had no gate key just the keys to access to the home I was told by the host to follow another car behind I tried that how about my Range Rover receive a dent and a long scratch trying to do what was ask to get into the residence at the gate entrance. I explained to the host he stated that it was noted, but there was no ramifications. Also I explained the home smelled bad like kitten urine and dog, the towels were literally rags, the carpet was so wore out every time you walk on it it was carpet hairs coming off on floors and our clothes. I stated the home was not legit to rent out and ask if they do a inspection he stated sometimes. The internet didn't work, limited home goods, single chair was filthy with compound dirty never clean also the linty pillows. Everything in the home looks like in came from a second hand store . He stated he will send maid and towels that never happened. We also spoke about a refund of some funds, also we was charge $ 500 deposit fee for utilities although when u close the microwave light would stay on when not in use. I can go on and on but the real upsetting issue is the cost of what we got every time we wash our clothes the water that was used smelled like mildew so did our clothes just horrible I explained that to the host all he stated the other renters prior didn't say anything. I thought maybe since there probably never any inspections evidently how would they even know what the upkeep was there at the residence was like. Seriously the worst vacation stay!! I can go on and on but who would care just money thrown away !! Don’t trust pictures !!
