Palm Valley Oasis

We stayed at this home for 6 nights with 4 adults. The house itself is nice and the location was great for our needs. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area each evening for dinner and sitting by the fire pit. However, there were several issues that need attention. Upon arrival, there were 4–5 hand soap dispensers throughout the house, but only two had a very small amount of soap. We contacted customer service, and while they did bring batteries for the dead TV remotes, the soap issue was never addressed. We also discovered that only one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom is supplied — anything beyond that, guests must purchase themselves. For a 6-night stay with 4 adults, this was not sufficient. The living room Roku was unplugged from the back of the TV when we arrived, and all TV remotes had dead batteries. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and made loud noises with even slight movement, which made it difficult to sleep. Maintenance and cleanliness need improvement. Half of the vanity lights in the master bathroom were burned out. In one of the spare bedrooms, cleaners missed empty beer cans thrown on the ledge. We found dog waste in the gravel near the grill. There was noticeable dog hair in corners, and the walls and baseboards could use a deep clean. The kitchen was under-equipped — several pans and utensils were broken, and there were limited options for cooking. Additionally, we had to replace 2 of the 3 propane tanks (the extra tank and the fire pit tank). We were unable to remove the tank from the grill because it required a crescent wrench. This was mentioned when we called about the toilet paper and soap, but it was not resolved. Overall, the home has great potential and is in a convenient location, but it would benefit from better maintenance, improved cleaning standards, and clearer communication about what supplies are included for longer stays.

This house is at the Oasis of palm valley and it truly is an oasis! The outdoor space is gorgeous! The beds are comfy and the home has everything you need! The Vacasa local staff was great when we couldn’t get the fire pit to light they came and showed us how. Our dogs loved it too!

Perfect for our family Christmas. Son and family had just arrived from being stationed in Italy and we wanted a nice home to celebrate Christmas while waiting for his house to close. Great location and spacious.

Very nice and clean house. Quiet neighborhood and not too far from everything. Enjoyed our stay.

Great house to stay in. Very nice location and close to shops, and other activities. Peaceful neighborhood and there was not a lot of traffic. Pool was nice to cool off in and large patio to use.
