The house was nice. Some outdated fixtures in the bathrooms. No TVs in the bedrooms. Hot tub was broken but in the advertisement it said it was working. A lot of overgrown trees and blocked the view of the bay.
Very spacious and charming home. Exceptional location with superb views yet close to shopping centers. Very comfortable.
I had my bachelor party here and it was really the perfect place in the Annapolis area. The location of the house is secluded but also 10 minutes from all major stores and only 20 minutes from downtown Annapolis. The house itself is absolutely awesome with the amount of space, and the backyard is perfect with the amount of chairs and seating. We used the pool and it was great in the summer, but they could definitely improve the seating arrangement as they didn’t have any cushions. There was 11 of us, and while the house itself says it sleeps 12, it really only sleeps 9 or so comfortably. One of the futons is unusable as it is very hard and all and the other pull out is good for 1 person. There are two office spaces on the first floor that we brought air mattresses with and it was absolutely perfect. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were great and the decks are incredible. We did have some issue with Air conditioning, but nobody even noticed. The amount of parking was incredible and the house itself was really perfect. The grill was very dirty so we didn’t bother to clean it. The hot tub is also unusable, but we didn’t need it. As long as you know some of these things beforehand, you wouldn’t even think twice. I am so glad I stayed here and would recommend it to anyone as long as you bring some air mattresses. The area is awesome and it’s a great place to go to. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was nice enough and the view was great. It was tucked out of the way enough that it felt cozy and remote. The sunrise view was great too. The kitchen and dining room was great for the family breakfast and dinner preps. What we didn't like, the pool was not cleaned or usable. The whole weekend was 85 degrees and would have been nice to use it but the pool and pool area was filled with leaves. There was no fire pit or cornhole boards to be found even though it's listed as an amenity. The only pull-out bed we could find was very uncomfortable and my cousin ended up sleeping on the floor. I couldn't find the other pull-out so I slept on a couch. Everyone else said the beds were quite comfortable though. There are no switches for the driveway lights so that was sketch at night coming back, and the dishwasher wasn't cleaning anything so we washed by hand. Also the house as a lot of rooms but nowhere for all 10 of use to sit together comfortably and socialize except the dining room table. We ended up leaving a night early because of this as we couldn't sit outside from the rain and we didn't want to awkwardly sit around the table all day. However overall nice house and really nice view. It's a great place if you are looking for somewhere to keep everyone all together while visiting the area.
Master bedroom doesn’t latch or lock, bring air mattresses. Two kings, two queens, two rock hard futon couches, only the L couch in basement is worth lying down on.
