✓ Please be advised that nightly rate increases when you add your pups and will not show as a separate line item during the booking process. It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.

✓ After your stay, we request that you run any remaining dishes in the dishwasher on your way out and if you used the grill please make sure you clean it and put the cover back on. We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the house and sanitize for the next guests. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.

** To protect our guests and ourselves, there is an outdoor motion sensor camera on and recording 24/7. No cameras inside the home for our guests' privacy.
