One of the bedroom tvs will not hook up to the internet so you can’t watch tv on it, the couch is broke down in the middle you can see by looking at it it’s broken, the washer was moldy, the showers are tile as well as the floor not recommended for little kids, the railing on the balcony is pvc pipe or something similar VERY flimsy, the view of the ocean isn’t accurate you can see a car garage from the balcony, they provide towels but not much of anything else a small thing is laundry detergent so you’ll been to bring your own, no hand soap just little bars, there wasn’t many places to sit to hang out with your family. The fridge is very cold the ac works good the water and pressure is good the bed was okay not too hard but there was some kind of bug in the bed couldn’t tell what it was…the drawers in the bathroom specifically are dirty looking so we didn’t use them the set up of the bathroom is kind of strange. There are pools that are clean, lots of extra blankets and pillows, and there’s not currently any construction going on around it. You do have to pay $35 for a parking pass as well but it was good for the whole time we were there

This was the worst place I have ever booked through Vacasa. This place sugar beach 263 was awful. The beds was like sleeping on concrete floors, so hard and hard on my back and I have back issues, the sofa was broken held up by a board and screw leg and bowed to the middle, chair they had pushed against the wall I moved and it fell backwards because the back was broken. only if I could post the true pictures of this place, then let's say only one person can walk in the kitchen at a time, the parking garage lights only worked at tge elevator and one little section at the front, the rest of the parking garage was dark so dark and a little scary. No extra covers at all in that place. Let's just say the only thing that place offered was a nice shower at the end of the day and a working AC unit. Truly felt like we was staying at a knock off motel with furniture that was picked off the side of the road. One only vacation I get a year I chose to go to this place because it looked amazing and relaxing, let's just say it was far from that. I would highly recommend not booking this condo unless you like roaches, HARD beds, no cable and spotty wifi, broken furniture and a truly one person kitchen..very disappointed guest.

The unit looked very nice at first sight, but over the course of our 4 day stay, we discovered some unpleasant things. For one, the bathrooms were beautiful, but highly impractical. The tub in the hallway bath was a hard rectangular shape, there was no way to stop the drain, and it was the only thing anywhere close to a bathtub in the unit. Add to that that the floor of the tub was smooth stone (so NOT kid or elderly friendly, as one could easily slip and bust their head clean open), so forget about taking a “bath” while you’re there. The other bathing option was in the master bathroom. It was a gorgeous LOOKING shower, but an incredibly impractical means of cleaning oneself. The shower had no door or curtain, it was just completely open, and there was no way to prevent water from getting all over the place every time you took a shower. The bed spread in the master bedroom was also comparable to a table cloth-a NICE tablecloth, but a tablecloth nonetheless-as it was on the verge of being paper thin. Had it not had a blanket seam on it, I’d have fully believed that it WAS, in fact, a tablecloth. The kitchen contained no trace of sugar, butter, or even salt and pepper. The sugar and butter was understandable, but salt and pepper? Really? Salt and pepper doesn’t exactly spoil, and it costs very little, and it’s one of those things that you don’t expect to be that important until you actually need it and realize you have none. It just felt very much like the owners were going to extremes to “save a buck”, even to the point of withholding something as basic as S&P, which we then had to go out and buy. Not that it broke the bank or anything, but now we have these extra S&P shakers that will go unused, I guess until next year when we go on vacation again. It just seemed highly unnecessary. The patio furniture was also disappointing, as it, too, LOOKED fantastic until we tried to actually use it. All of it was incredibly uncomfortable, to the point where we just stood if we went out there, as it was more comfortable than any of the seating options that were available. Also the Wi-Fi network provided to us by the owners was not on the list of networks when we tried to connect to the Wi-Fi. We quickly realized that there was a network available that resembled the network they’d put down on our paperwork, but it was spelled differently. We put two and two together and figured out that they must have meant “x” but spelled it like “y”. Not the biggest deal but still something they should probably fix. Overall it was decent and it was pretty nice and there was nothing major to complain about, which is why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. I personally would have liked to have known about the things I mentioned here, prior to booking the room, as it would have likely influenced me to choose a different option.
