Calming water view condo with full kitchen, balcony, pool, & TV - close to park

The only thing that was good about this condo was cold air not to bad bed and the WIFI. The condo is old and needs repairs. Lots of cosmetic damage.

Well, the only time I called customer service was to ask them why the second to last day why the pool was closed because we chose that location specifically because of their pool. I asked them to please make sure they didn’t wait three days after I was home to call me and tell me why the pool was closed. I wanted to know if it was gonna reopen and at least they took that to heart because they still have never called me back and told me what was going on with the pool why it was closed (it remained closed the day of checkout as well) and offered no type of refund. Also, when we arrived in the condo, one of the beds was completely unmade the lady who came in put the sheets on the bed, came by a few hours later and explained that the lady who normally did it wasn’t there so it was on her. Most of the amenities were there, but there was no body wash in the bathrooms. I didn’t realize that out until later, and I just didn’t even bother to call about it. The floors however, were filthy. There were body hair all over the floor everywhere and every room. And there was this disgusting tray of fluid underneath the kitchen sink where if you used one side of it, it would fill it up even more. And I wouldn’t even have complained about that because maybe whatever issue it is they have to drain it for now until they have a plumber come in between bookings but they didn’t drain it before our visit it was completely full and it was disgusting pale, frothy yellow color fluid. Not appetizing at all, and I just wanted to forget that it was there, but I would’ve drained it myself, but it was literally to the top full and pouring out. I would only stay there if it was absolutely free and I would have reservations even then. It could’ve been wonderful, but Vacasa didn’t call me back ever and offered no consolation. I will not be staying with them again. And I feel cheated as a customer.

A great stay! The room and marina were beautiful! Only issues we had were the master room sheets were too small and wouldn’t stay on the mattress and no TV remote in bedroom, but these were minor compared to the overall stay. I would recommend this booking.
