Gulf view condo with balcony, pool, & fitness room - walk to beach

The location was perfect for our girls trip! Walking distance to Coastal (which is our favorite restaurant) public beach across the street, grocery stores within walking distance, great views from the balcony. Perfect for our girls trip. Only thing that would make it better is a new fan in the bathroom that doesn’t make so much noise and a little warmer bedding in the master bedroom. The bedspread was more like a sheet also for a girls trip for four girls. It would be nice to have more than only two rolls of toilet paper other than that, everything was perfect. ☺️

I am very disappointed in this property. The baseboards were really disgusting. Dirty hand prints leading out to balcony. Someone below or above us outside was smoking pot. So I couldn’t let my kids go out. It wasn’t just one time. It was all day and night. We never had a chance to enjoy the balcony. There were ants coming from the front door to the bedroom. The cushions on the furniture were very dirty. There was food in the cushions. There was dried blood on the bunk, bed mattress as well as a pillow. I put a bedsheet over the couch so we can sit on it. It was really dirty. We left a day early bc of the uncleanliness. The pictures do not match the property as far as looking nice and clean. I am so very disappointed. I reached out to Vacasa and was told they would put it on the report. I even told him I checked out early by a day and they did not even want to offer reimbursement. So I will not be using Vacasa again.

we enjoyed our stay.Whether it’s the outside of the complex or inside of the unit everything was basically immaculate.I never rode elevators that smelled so good.My only complaint is the unit has a noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom which was a concern when anyone had to get up to use the restroom at night because it’s disruptive enough to disturb others while they are asleep.
