Colorful Condo w/ a Full Kitchen, Fast WiFi, Balcony, Shared Pool, Tennis Court

Part of me thinks "you get what you pay for" but.... its a 0 bedroom condo. The price reflects a 0 bedroom condo. But it is a poorly maintained condo at that. Between broken furniture and a dirty toilet we were highly disappointed. I wonder if this is the norm since I got a text 1 hour after check in to see how the cleanliness of the room was. They did offer to send someone to reclean. By this point I had already cleaned and definetly didnt trust someone else to do it correctly when urine and feces was already left on the toilet seat. Some type of maintenance on this condo is needed, desperately

Nice pools around the condo. Longer walk to the beach from my room than expected but not too bad. Good room and location for the money.

Good for a short, affordable stay.

Air was not working upon arrival. Called Vacasa multiple times the day of arrival. By midnight I was told there’s no maintenance that can come fix it until the next day. Their solution was to move me 10 minutes away from the beach. That would have meant having to drive and find parking every day. Our unit was directly on the beach so we didn’t have to worry with loading up kids and driving every day. I chose to stay where we were with the promise maintenance would be there first thing in the morning. By 10am no one had show up so I start calling. No one has any idea what’s going on so I finally speak to a supervisor who says the property manager is currently on his way to buy the new until and will be headed my way shortly. I asked could I have this persons number so I could contact them directly instead of having to call the 800 number and spend 30 minutes on the phone every call. I was told no they couldn’t do that. I asked for a number to speak with someone local and was told the local office doesn’t take calls. No continuity of care. Horrible customer service. By 5pm still no one showed up. I call Vacasa and spoke to a girl who was very rude telling me someone will be there sometime tonight but she doesn’t have any more information she can give. So by 8pm no one has shown up. I met a nice lady who lived on property who gave me the name of the Sugar Beach managers name and number and actually has no control over what goes on in the units as they are independently owned. However he made a call to the owner of the unit who sent a personal friend over within an hour with a new window unit. I’ll never rent through Vacasa again. I’m very thankful for Sugar Beach property manager and the individual owner of the unit. Without them we wouldn’t have had air the whole trip. Not one time during the duration of my trip did I hear anything from Vacasa. As far as they were concerned the issue was never resolved. It’s now been a week since checking out and not one person reached out to apologize or see if the issue was ever resolved. Our trip we had booked with Vacasa in September has been cancelled. I really enjoyed Sugar Beach and would stay there again but I would book from someone else and never Vacasa again.

I only needed a condo for one night, and you were able to accommodate me.
