Watch your favorite movies on the TV then head down to the shoreline for a romantic walk with someone you love! The central air-conditioning will keep everything nice and cool while you're here. Things to Know Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

We loved the beach views from the balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Do not stay in this nasty dump. Built in 1984–nothing updated since, furnishings included. Upon arrival thought possibly someone had cooked fish in condo due to horrible odor. Left open doors to air it out to no avail. The stinch is in all the fabric furniture/drapes/linens. The grimy, nasty smell just grows worse the longer you’re there. After a few hours we knew due to my allergies we couldn’t sleep in this horrific smelling place so had to rent a hotel. We never slept there and complained to the “team” but they did nothing. Asked for partial rental back but never heard anything. So we were just out the money for 3 nights rental and parking at this complex and 3 nights hotel room. Hopefully we can help someone else by reviewing this horrible place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - everything needs to be thrown in the dumpster not rented to folks on the internet. Unsuitable/unacceptable/disgraceful

Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodations. The view and proximity to the beach were awesome. This is my second stay in SBRC 4211. I was injured and discombobulated last year, in December 2023, when I came so I couldn't fully appreciate all of the amenities, though I loved the view. The kitchen is even more well stocked than in 2023 and the 2nd floor view is good for my son, who has a fear of heights. Last, but not least, I caught this deal at the last minute, as I did in 2023, and I could not be happier that I did. The savings were very appreciated. In fact, I cancelled other accommodations to take SBRC 4211 and I'm glad that I did. Looking forward to getting lucky again next year!
