An expansive sectional and two swivel chairs round out the living room with electric fireplace, and dining for six with 3 additional bar stools are available at the counter. The kitchen is well stocked with crock pots, coffee maker, Keurig, Ninja mini blender, vegetable chopper, new pans, knives, and plenty of dishes and glassware for your ski weekend. The kitchen provides tons of storage, and a cabinet full of puzzles and games for your aprés ski fun! There is a 55” Smart tv in the living room with additional tvs in each bedroom. Ski and snowboard storage is located inside the front door and outside in the common area. Condo is at the top of the stairs, close to the stairs to the village, and steps from the shuttle route.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.

~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking

~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file

~ No Smoking or Vaping.

~ No large gatherings

~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM

~ Check out time is 10:00 AM

~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25

~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.

~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
