This property is gated so privacy and safety are of the highest priority. Our circular driveway will make ingress and egress easier. You will receive a unique door code for your stay that enters directly into the hallway of the bedrooms. Upon entering, you can hang your coats or bags in the foyer.

The home has been completely renovated with new flooring, light fixtures, quartz counters, recessed farm sink, ultraviolet water filtration systems, and much more. Standard adult occupancy is 10, but we can sleep in comfortable beds up to 12 adults/children with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 full, and 2 single bunk beds.

Our living area is wide open to our remodeled kitchen and is adorned with a wall of windows to allow in natural sunlight. The kitchen is spacious and grand. Each room has unique decor and the bathrooms and storage are very accommodating.

As nice as the interior is, you will want to spend time outside at this lakeside gem. There are 7 acres of Texas hill country, although for safety reasons part of the property is fenced off for your protection. It is 3-5 minute walk down to the boat dock. Storms have broken the boat lift and it is unusable currently. Small watercraft and boats can be rented nearby. Please consult with our team and your guidebook for any plans to use this boat dock with other watercraft.

The deck has enough dining seating to accommodate 12 people and there is both a hot tub and a swim spa on the deck as well. We adorn the outside with string lights but it is just as enjoyable to turn them down or off with the dimmer so that you can see the wide open Texas sky too!

You can bring your dog with you (Pet fees apply) and we have a built in doggy door to a part of the yard that is only usable by Fido! How cool is that?

Lastly, while our secluded property may be all that you wish for during your stay, you can access great dining and nightlife within a 20-30 minute drive. And if a day trip into our nation's 10th largest city (Austin) is on the agenda...it is only about an hour drive to downtown Austin as well.
