South Congress is also a hotspot for live music, with venues that echo the city's title as the "Live Music Capital of the World." Whether you're browsing the latest in fashion, hunting for unique antiques, or simply soaking up the lively atmosphere, South Congress is a destination that promises both adventure and inspiration. Don't miss the chance to catch the stunning sunset views of downtown Austin from the famous Congress Avenue Bridge, home to the largest urban bat colony in North America. South Congress isn't just a place—it's an experience that embodies the soul of Austin.

We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin’s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc.

★★★ PRE-STAY GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED ★★★ To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. « You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. ★ Other Things to Note ★ - Garage parking is only in non-reserved spots - We would love to welcome guests who book our apartment the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm. - We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit. - The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware. - Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else. - For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $95/clean. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service. - Registrations for cars are required for on-site parking. Unregistered cars cannot park on community property otherwise they will be towed if parked without approved registrations. If guests want to park in the complex, all cars must be registered PRIOR to 4pm check-in time. To register your vehicles for permits to park within the complex gates, you will need to complete and submit the registration form with your vehicle and contact information and renew every 24-hours. Guest vehicles being towed due to violation of parking policy and registration requirements will be the guest’s responsibility.
