Property Rules: Four wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals. Wristbands must be returned to the red basket in the unit or there will be a charge for each missing or damaged band. Please note that the fireplace is not operable.

My family and I spent over a week at this property and were very comfortable there. The unit was very clean and well-stocked with essentials for an extended stay (dish soap, garbage bags, shampoo and body wash, etc.), and although we didn't go in the Comal River, there's a stairway just a few units away from this one that leads right down to the water. The property is also very conveniently located to the New Braunfels Civic/Convention Center and downtown. The Convention Center is only two blocks away and we walked there for meetings each day; downtown is a few blocks further away, but easily accessible. A couple of "know before you go" items: - The shower diverter was unusually difficult to move, to the point I was concerned I might break it the first time I used it. Be prepared to give the stem a good yank to get water flowing from the shower head! - There are some visible cracks in the drywall as well as a couple of obvious repairs to the ceiling. Not a huge deal to us as we weren't there to stare at the walls, but something to keep in mind if that sort of thing bothers you. Overall, we were very well satisfied and would definitely rent this unit again!

We really enjoyed that this home overlooked the river. The pool was a great amenity, although the sign asked for a pool code and we never got one, it really never seemed to need a code though-- that was a bit confusing. We loved that there were several places nearby to eat and drink. Would highly recommend Di's pizza, and Faust Brewing Company is a wonderful family-friendly place within walking distance that offers good food and plenty of beer choices. Would absolutely book this home again!

Camp Warneke is our favorite spot when we go to NB to float the Comal. This unit is a nice one bedroom - well appointed and comfortable. Vacasa makes booking, check in and check out easy and low stress. Lucky that we can memorize numbers easily because the door code was like memorizing Pi. Other than that, lovely!
