Great villa with plenty of accommodations.
Very cozy and beautiful place, well maintaned, located on a hilltop. The views from inside the house, especially from the rooms were great. Amenities for a comfortable stay were provided and the management company communicated clearly about check in and check out instructions. We really enjoyed our stay
The location was beautiful! The inside wasn’t cleaned but they did apologize and refund our cleaning fee.
Very close to RMNP. Saw lots of wildlife right out back. Spacious with everything we needed.
There were so many issues with this property- I’ll stick to the most relevant ones. Honestly if there would have been another option for lodging I would have vacated and demanded a refund. It was SO hot- the ac obviously disconnected, the window cranks missing or broken, the weird signs with taking out the trash that are only IN the home and not in the rental agreement, the dust, the lack of vacuuming in lieu of elaborate paper towel sculptures, and last but certainly not least- the sleeping accommodations. The only thing that distracted from the stiff thin sheets and almost non-existent pillows was the mattress. It literally felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. I texted the poor on call person so many times because of all the issues they spilled that they were already looking for another job because this company is awful.
