**Need to Know Notes** Admiral's Row Sprinkler Project Anticipated Start date: 1/15/2026 Potential Construction Traffic and Noise There will be additional dumpsters and debris on property at this time. Timeline: Up to 18 months This project will begin at Admiral's Row Building B, which could impact guests staying in Admiral's Row Building A and Ocean View Building A. Step into a light and bright coastal haven designed for both relaxation and functionality. This 996-square-foot villa features a thoughtful open-concept layout with smooth ceilings and stylish LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring throughout. Master Suite: Features a comfortable Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom: Perfect for children or friends, offering two Twin beds and easy access to the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Living Area: The sun-drenched living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa (accommodating up to 6 guests total) and a large flat-screen TV. Kitchen & Dining: A chef-ready kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. The dining area seats six comfortably. Private Balcony: Step out onto your private deck to enjoy the Hilton Head breeze and a "peek-a-boo" view of the Atlantic.

As a guest of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, you have full access to a wealth of luxury amenities: Beaches: Private boardwalk access to Folly Field Beach. Pools: Use of the Admiral’s Row pool (directly across from the unit) and the Olympic-sized oceanfront pool. Recreation: 10 lighted tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts (reservations required). Fitness & Fun: On-site fitness center, children's playground, and catch-and-release fishing lagoons. Dining: Three on-site options, including Jamaica Joez Beach Bar, Coconutz Sports Bar, and a seasonal ice cream stand. Logistics: Elevators and coin/card-operated laundry facilities are located on the same floor for your convenience.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.

Parking: One free parking pass is included with your stay. Additional passes must be purchased for $35 at the front desk. Bike Policy: Hilton Head is a biker’s paradise with 100+ miles of trails. On-site bike rentals are available; however, please note that e-bikes are strictly prohibited within the resort community. Supplies: We provide a "starter kit" of essentials. Guests should plan to bring or purchase their own cooking oils, spices (salt/pepper), and specialty toiletries. Quiet Hours: To ensure a relaxing environment for all, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
