Prepare to be blown away! Check out this immaculate 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom suite located on the 9th floor of the Carolinian Beach Resort. This direct oceanfront apartment is fully furnished with 1 master bedroom featuring 1 king bed, multiple sleeper sofas, and will comfortably accommodate 4-5 guests! The condo offers 1 full bathroom, an oversized private balcony, oversized kitchen, washer and dryer, endless views, and so much more!

As of Spring 2023 this vacation rental has been completely renovated and features some truly luxurious updates. We couldn't be more excited to share them with you! To start, all carpeting was removed and LVP flooring was installed throughout. New baseboards were installed and the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors! Guests will enjoy multiple rock walls with LED fireplaces, and new flat screen TV's that sit directly above. Guests will also love the newly installed arcade game and board games as of Winter 2023!

In the bedroom, guests will be pleased to find the oversized living space. The bedroom has been completed renovated and features the most incredible updates. Upon entering the bedroom, guests will be surprised to find an Alaskan stone wall that features a built-in, color changing, LED fireplace. Relax on bed after a long day at the beach and enjoy a colorful fireplace backdrop! Directly above the fireplace, guests will enjoy a newly installed smart TV. The bedroom features a brand new king-size bed frame, mattress, and headboard. A custom surfboard and other accents have been installed as well! Guests will have access to bedside nightstands and lamps, along with a spacious closet for storage. Beside the bed, a brand new love seat was installed. The love seat converts to a twin-size sleeper sofa and is perfect for an additional guest. Guests will enjoy natural light from the bedroom window!

The full size bathroom is located just off from the bedroom. This space can be accessed from both the hallway, as well as the bedroom. The bathroom features a vanity and mirror, toilet, oversized tub, shower, and more. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Centrally located in the condo, guests will find an oversized kitchen that features some incredible updates. To start, a custom, colorful backsplash was installed; super fun and unique! A new stainless steel appliance package was installed, and all appliances are brand new as of March 2023. Our guests will enjoy beautiful granite counter tops, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and plenty of storage space. The new, white cabinets complement the modern colors in the kitchen tremendously. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked as we provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Carolinian Resort. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Other kitchen features include a new light fixture, Keurig, and more!

Making our way into the living room, our guests will be blown away by the breathtaking views! The living area is truly the most relaxing space of the entire condo! Our guests will enjoy a brand new, queen-size sleeper sofa and accent chair. New lamps, end tables, and coffee table has been installed! One of the focal points of the living room is the oversized stone fireplace wall that features a 60 inch, LED color-changing fireplace! Yes, you read that correct! This condo features two gorgeous Alaskan stone walls and LED fireplaces. A new smart TV is mounted above the fireplace. Just beside the fireplace, a large dining table and stools are installed. For additional seating, guests will have access to a couple of bar stools at the kitchen counter. Just behind the dining table guests will find the newly installed arcade game and board games to enjoy! The beautiful decor and color scheme really help tie this room together! Stepping out onto the balcony, this condo offers panoramic, oceanfront view of the Atlantic. Many of our guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and several guests have sent us photos of the most magical sunset you can imagine. As of 2023, brand new balcony chairs have been installed.

Centrally located in the apartment, guests will access a utility closet that features a full-size, stackable laundry center. Guests love the convenience of being able to wash their clothing right in the comfort of the vacation rental! Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable and wi-fi.

The Carolinian is a 21 story resort located on the 26th block of Ocean Blvd; a perfect location! Guests love being able to walk to a number of dining and entertainment options within 2-3 minutes of the Carolinian. Our guests truly enjoy the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
