This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed, and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The layout is the ideal couples retreat and can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably!

As of December 2025 the condo has had some new furniture added including a new sleeper sofa, new accent chairs, new bar stools, and a new dinning set!

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main balcony, which is also accessible from the living room. The guest bath is located in-between the kitchen and bedroom. The bedroom also offers a closet, dresser, and cable TV.

The kitchen is absolutely incredible and features full size appliances, new cabinets, new sink, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. Our guests will enjoy a queen size sofa bed with a gel mattress. This apartment was beautifully decorated, and the fresh paint and beachy decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction. No smoking and no pets are permitted.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
