Beachfront Condo with Balcony Pool and Hot Tub

This property is a very spacious 3 bedroom home! Great for a couple families and a few small kids to share the back bedroom. Views from the dining room are amazing and we were able to cook several great meals in the kitchen. A few short minute walk and you’re right at the beach! Beware the extremely old leather chairs in the living room. They are cracking and the screws are pulling out and they sway to the side when you sit in them. We called to have them replaced but they were unable to do so during our stay. Be very cautious of allowing your kids to sit or play in them.

The view is amazing from unit 607 beach manor. However, it definitely needs some upgrading and a deep cleaning. The kitchen rug is filthy. There was a nasty rug on the master balcony. The refrigerator is very old. The kitchen is very dark. All of the living room furniture needs replacing as some are falling apart. The worst was the back bedroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was consistently hot at all times of the day. We loved the Beach Manor building and the pool. We would like to stay here again, but in another condo. Vacasa was great to work with as was all the staff of Tops'l.

The condo was spacious with great views. Resort was great for families. Management was vague with responses to questions making it difficult to plan stay.

607 had 3 bedroom, 3 bath three sized long patio with a lot of outside furniture. The two lounges off private master were great for naps during mild weather with very little wind. The larger patio on the other side of condo gets a lot of breeze. The only downfall for this condo was that the bedroom with the queen bed could not be cooled even at night. There was a small fan that we used so it could be tolerated. be aware of the low ceiling garage that must be used for Beach Manir building. Also when leaving garage this evening, we had to stop half way out to let people walking pass in front of vehicle. The gate came down on top of our hard top bed cover of our Ram. This definitely needs to be changed.
