“We had the best family vacation here! The kids practically lived in the indoor pool, and the adults loved the hot tub and theater room. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking big meals. The location was perfect — quiet, easy to reach, and close enough to attractions. Highly recommend for families!”

The house was very spacious with plenty of room for all 11 of us. We had 6 adults and 5 children (2 infants, 1.5 y/o, 2y/o, 4y/o). The location was beautiful but about 30 minutes from town. Just know that when booking. We had a problem with the ice maker and water in the fridge not working and a smoke alarm constantly beeping. After calling those issues were resolved very quickly. Had a power outage in one area of the house and when I texted maintenance I was told where the circuit breaker box was to fix it. That was a lot faster than asking for someone to come out to fix it. The staff, expecially maintenace were great to work with. The only big issue we had was the pool was not heated even though when we booked it stated heated pool. When I called I was told that amenity was removed because there was a problem with the heater.The pool guy that come out to test the water told us the heater overheats so it can only be set to 80 degrees. The pool measured 74 degrees. Not pleasant for swimming. Didn't seem to bother the kids but the adults were very uncomfortable. I was told I would get a partial refund so I'm waiting on that. The house was clean when we arrived with plenty of towels for bathing and swimming. Beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner for the first day or so. The hot tub was nice and the decks with chairs and swings was very nice to use. I think if the pool situation was fixed we wouldn't have a problem renting there again. Having a cold pool is not fun though.

We been going a lot to the Great Smokey mountains for vacation and we found this vacation cabin that is spacious for my whole family. It's beautifully decorated with a very beautiful views of the mountains on sight. The road is cemented all the way through so it's not difficult to find it. All bedrooms are located at the topmost level so we do not hear anything when sleeping. All recreational facilities are downstairs including the swimming pool are at the bottom part. I love the movie theater area as well with a big screen. The pool is heated and the hot tub is just the outside door away so we can just enjoy all of it at close. They also just put ashalt on the drivewaye have enjoyed our stay making it big enough to park our cars. This property is not steep as far as location is concerned. We enjoyed are stay and definitely it for anybody. I will surely come back.

This place is out in the boonies . It has a great view and lots of space. We got it for the pool, and hot tub, so the kids could be in the water. They were a joke. The pool was cloudy and cold. Who keeps an indoor pool unheated? The hot tub was a WARM TUB. There was a lock code on it and could not be set pat 99°. I called about the pool and was told... I HAD NOT PURCHASED A HEATED POOLFOR MY STAY. What???? Why would you not have it heated? The rep on the phone wasn't very nice and I wasn't either. It was the main reason for getting this place. I've reported it to Vacasa with no response. I even read all the ad reviews on this place and called Vacasa a week before our visit yo make sure all the bad stuff was fixed and was told the problems WERE fixed. Now I believe central air-conditioning IS NOT AC UNITSINTHE WINDOWS. the had pieces of cardboard on the sides of the units they had used masking tape and cardboard. It looked trashy. Plus they didn't really do much. The deck had l kinds of nails sticking up on the floor and rails. NAiILS! WHO DOESNT USE SCREWS ON A DECK? AREN'T SCREWS CODE IN TN? I think everyone SHOULD BEWARE Vcasa has low standards. look more before you use ghem to rent a place. It's a switch snd bait operation. I've not had anyone contact me from Vacasa. I think there should be some compensation. So far not a word

Beautiful home with plenty of space.

We enjoyed this cabin and its amenities. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and a comfortable temperature. We found the WiFi to be adequate for being in the mountains. We did use a hotspot to stream movies in the theater. The major reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is an AC issue. The upstairs AC unit did not appear to be working when we arrived. Vacasa did send a repair person out and the unit appeared to blow some air at first. 2 days later it was warm again upstairs and Vacasa came to install window AC units in the 2 bedrooms that did not have them. That seemed to solve the problem! We had bear sightings off the lovely back deck on two occasions. I would definitely stay here again.
