Charming home with wonderful ocean views ping pong game room WiFi decks

Comfortable sleeping and a great game / eat-in basement.

The house was ideal for our family's needs. It was well equipped, meticulously clean, and offered easy access to the beach. Parking was easy, not always the case in Oceanside. Vacasa's team were attentive to our pre-visit queries and to a couple of issues that arose after we arrived. We wouldn't hesitate to book this home again. It more than met our expectations. Likewise, we were impressed with Vacasa's responsiveness (except for one minor glitch). We would gladly rent through Vacasa again.

We had 2 family’s (4 kids) and a Grandma that stayed here and the space was perfect! Plenty of room, we could spread out. The older kids loved the ping pong table! The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals here and didn’t feel like we were missing anything. The ocean views were amazing, we even saw whale spouts! The walk down to the beach was easy, a little trek back up, but very doable! Or it’s a quick drive to the beach parking lot. Thanks for a great stay! Will definitely book this house again!

If you can get past the smell of mold, mildew, burns your lungs then this place would probably work well for you. It's very spacious with lots of sleeping and is just a few minutes from downtown Oceanside. The Wi-Fi is decent and the amenities are wonderful. I would have no problem giving this place five stars if it didn't have the odor problem.

We enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean and had amazing ocean views and was in the perfect place! The home is older and had an older home smell, but a lot of it has been renovated and updated. It had plenty of space to spread out.

Great view of the ocean and within easy walking distance of the beach. The house itself was very comfy and had a lot of character with many rooms and spaces. We'd love to stay there again.
