Beach View Dog Friendly Home with Gas Fireplace Deck Beach Access and Free WiFi

My party of 5 people stayed here for the weekend in November and there were only a handful of things that we disliked. The downstairs toilet was broken, so my group of 5 was stuck using the upstairs bathroom which wasn't terrible but it definitely wasn't ideal. When we arrived, the sliding glass door from the patio was open which gave us a bit of a scare, but it prompted us to do a much more thorough look-through of the house than we probably would have initially. The last thing that was a drawback was that the water dispenser on the fridge was broken, but all of these were easy to adjust to. Now, on the positive side the location is absolutely amazing. The porch had a perfect view of the ocean, and Google maps doesn't do the location justice for just how CLOSE it is to everything. Literally right next to 2 different coffee shops and a street of shops and restaurants, to the point that we only needed to drive to go to the beach as everything else was within a 5-10 minute walking distance. One of my concerns when we arrived was the fact that the hot tub was right by the front door, so I was concerned about privacy but you really can't see any of the neighboring houses or anything from the coverage of the shrubbery. We enjoyed this spot so much that we're looking to book it again for another friends birthday in April!

Amazing location. Tons of sleeping space! The house could use a serious deep clean! The furniture was dirty, the carpet needs replaced and the whole place needs dusted

House reeked of mildew/mold, stains.on carpet everywhere, all.outside chairs were broken, patio DOES not even lock, grill was pure rust, patio covered in BIG spiderwebs like it hadn't been swept clean in forever, stove top was broke, garbage outside was overflowing so everywhere on property, hot tub is on driveway next to other property (misled by picture). Also came.back to a letter on the door telling us our power was going to be shit off for non payment. Do not recommend at all, for what was supposed to be a dream vacation turned badly from day one. Boardwalk closes at 7 so only options were to come.back and cook or grill and we couldn't. Just a very disappointed customer and tried to let vacasa make right from.day one sent all the pictures and all I could get was automated responses no offers to make right.

This place has so much potential but the pet stains and smell of urine is frankly....gross. We stuck with it but nearly checked out a day early because of the smell. On a positive note, watching whales from the deck was amazing BUT all chairs but one were broken.

This was a lovely home. We had plenty of space, a beautiful view of the ocean from both the dining area and both porches. There were 4 bedrooms, one with full sized bunk beds (both on top and bottom). There is what I think is a dog bed in the living room up in the window. It was actually our sons favorite place to be the entire time as it was an elevated bed with a view out the window. Amazing laundry room, super easy to use. Gorgeous Kitchen and Dining area. Amazing master suite upstairs with it's own ocean view porch. About the only thing to know is that for the 4 beds downstairs you share one small bathroom, but the master bathroom is bigger upstairs. I would recommend this home to anyone going to the coast, it was a lovely place to stay with my kids.
