A private deck offers an ideal vantage point for taking in the views while enjoying cold drinks, and an outdoor shower is equipped beneath the home for rinsing off after trips to the beach. During your stay, be sure to pay a visit to the Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site where you can learn about the region's vital history of maritime rescue. There are some great local dining options nearby and the Hatteras Island Fishing Pier is just over a mile from home.

At home, relax and unwind with central air-conditioning and other modern comforts like free WiFi and a TV in the living room. The stainless steel full kitchen is ready and equipped to handle any home cooking needs. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home essentials.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
