Absolutely wonderful place! Only complaint we had was the people downstairs left their dog and it barked for hours!!!

Great stay. House was ready to go. Had a great time.

While not right on the beach, it was very close. Great views of the ocean from the deck, half shaded and half open to the sun. Just a short walk to reach the ocean. The cottage was clean and comfortable. For anyone with mobility issues, the stairs to the cottage are pretty high. The water pressure in the shower is weak. There were no pot holders in the unit but otherwise the kitchen had all we needed and we cooked fresh seafood every night. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and cozy Steps to the beach!

Location was nice

Tower Top is a great value for the price. Super clean, very well appointed and nicely decorated. Second row, but just a few steps from the beach. Nice ocean view from the top deck between first row houses. Decks and railings recently redone, very nice work. Great communication from Vacasa. Very timely texts prior to check-in and check-out. They were very responsive to a couple of minor questions regarding trash pick up. Given its proximity to the beach, there was an issue with deep sand coming into the place, so maybe be prepared for that. Needed 4WD to get in, but they were running equipment during our stay and had it cleared by check-out. Great restaurants just minutes away. The Cape Hatteras lighthouse museum was great, as well as the walking trail to the original site. The lighthouse itself is closed for renovations, but the museum and site is definitely worth the time for a visit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
