This beautiful home with fantastic ocean and sound views can be all yours! Located a short walk from the sound, Our Someday is part of the family-oriented community of Mirlo Beach. This home boasts many great amenities, including a private pool, a hot tub, a large top-floor living area with ocean views, deeded sound access, and community and pickleball tennis privileges.

Inside, you'll find spacious living areas, beautiful decor, high ceilings, and plenty of windows to let in that wonderful Outer Banks sunshine. Comfortable furnishings provide a restful place to relax while you enjoy a meal whipped up in the spacious kitchen or perhaps catch a show on one of seven TV's three VCRs or three DVD players or listen to some beach tunes on the stereo/CD player.

The spacious, entry-level game room with a foosball table, pool access, and mini kitchen with a fridge and microwave is a great place to relax and is sure to be a favorite gathering spot. If outside entertainment is more your speed, take in a beautiful sunrise or sunset from one of the many expansive, furnished decks. End the day with a refreshing beverage from the tiki bar.

Many other extras are available to make your vacation extra convenient and enjoyable. High-speed WiFi is available for your laptop, and a foosball table will provide plenty of entertainment for both young and old. Two refrigerators will ensure you can store all your groceries, and two microwaves will help you save some cooking time when you are anxious to return to the beach.

Overall great location, able to see the ocean and sound from the house. Good size rooms and overall nice. However pool was not running all week and not cleaned. The AC stopped working on second floor but Vacasa did offer window units if we wanted them. The mosquitoes around the front of the house were awful too. While nice overall, some items like above plus incomplete kitchen items, minor cleanliness, etc made me give a 3 out of 5.

I try to leave reviews that I would find helpful so these are things I would have liked to know… -positives:the house is in an amazing location, only a block or so to the beach! Quiet neighborhood. Sound and ocean views! We had a great family vacation! Having the pool was awesome! -negatives: Vacasa was not helpful when I asked about beach items like chairs being at the house. The answer I got was “it’s not listed in the amenities.” The house did in fact have chairs and a beach wagon and boogie boards. The whole house inside and out is worn. The pictures are much nicer looking than in person. The arm chairs in the living room were either dirty or faded to brown instead of white in the pictures. One of the lamp shades was broken. All the blinds need to be replaced. There were some flying ants. None of this inhibited our week but a rental company is not the same as a private owner.

The house is in a great location and having a swimming pool amd hot tub was very nice as when we were there it was windy and the ocean was not ideal for the small kids in our family. The house is on the end of a street and it was very quiet. We all enjoyed our vacation and the scenery. There are many great restaurants and activities for kids amd adults to do.. The Neals

Great location. Outdoor furniture is high quality and very comfy. House was nice and clean on arrival. Bedroom arrangement was perfect for our group and plenty of bathrooms. We hope to stay again.
