Fabulous Rodanthe oceanfront Just Breathe is special. From the moment your car turns from the ocean onto Sea Haven Dr., you'll know you have chosen a true beach house. Upon arrival, walk over the dune to survey your long stretch of empty beach where you can fish, surf, sun, or just walk along the surf during your vacation. Just Breathe has good parking, an under-home entry, an outside shower, a fish-cleaning station, and a gas grill. The first floor has a game room with laminate floors, a pool table, a wet bar, a fridge, a microwave, an LCD TV, surround sound, and access to the deck with a hot tub and beach access. Next door is a bonus room with a pyramid bunk bed. There is also a laundry room with 2 washer and dryers, so you can pack light.

Upstairs, the Just Breathe great room has wide-open ceilings and one-of-a-kind ocean views from every window. The newly remodeled kitchen has a breakfast island with seating, a dishwasher, and a double-door fridge. The primary bedroom features a remodeled bathroom with an electric fireplace and a TV. The well-furnished sundecks have guests waiting in line for this vacation rental. Just Breathe is waiting to make your next vacation one you'll remember for years.

THINGS TO KNOW

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
