The house has good concrete parking and a one-and-a-half car garage with a washer/dryer and a fish freezer. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a nice entertainment system anchored by a large flatscreen TV, plus a DVD/Blu-ray player. The updated kitchen has all the right equipment for producing perfect meals for the nearby dining area. The first bedroom has a TV and a private bath located on the ground level. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a TV monitor with a DVD player and the third bedroom has a TV and a DVD/Blu-ray player as well. A full hall bath is close to the large fourth bedroom with a TV and deck access. If you want to be first to Cape Point in the morning, rent Fishbonz-Almost Heaven 2. Don't forget to utilize the Olympic-size pool at Club Hatteras in Avon to beat traffic congestion arriving early and leaving late!
