WI82 7 on 2nd

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in downtown Wilmington. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, minus a microwave, but that still wasn’t enough for me to knock off a star. You are only about a 2 to 3 minute walk to the estuary. There, you can see beautiful sunrises or sunsets by the water. You can capture breathtaking photos of the battleship. There’s food, shops, coffee, all right by the apartment. Nightlife on the weekends is loud however the apartment is much quieter than the main strip. This place is perfect for a family of two who enjoy breathtaking views and city life. My note for anyone thinking about this is: the parking is relatively close, It is next to slice of life- very short walk from the apartment. There are two doors that you need to use to enter into where all the apartments are located. The second red door does require a code so make sure you get that when Vacasa sends you your info.

I enjoyed the stay for a couple days. Small but enough space for 2 people and near a lot of places.

We came into town for a concert and the holiday weekend. The location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to coffee, bars, shops. Very clean and the perfect size for 1-2 people for a couple days. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was quiet , minor foot noises from top two residences , down side no microwave , showers are small but water pressure was lovely so no complaints , kitchen lights weren’t working but being living room and bedroom are all together it wasn’t a bother for my short stay , met some residence on departure day seemed nice , I would definitely rebook with them , personal washer / dryer would be great too being it’s 12 units sharing laundromat it’ll be time to clean after someone uses them other than that great place , reasonable pricing , helpful/responsive virtual front desk
