TB829 Top Sol Turvy

We absolutely love this home. We have stayed here for the last six or seven years now and have always been very happy except for last year. There were a lot of issues with the cleaning company and the supply company, but it looks like everything has been resolved. The house was extremely clean this time and there were plenty of towels and sheets for every room. We will be staying at this home again because we just absolutely love it.

Great house. Great location. Great beach.

Views of the sound and ocean are very nice, however, we had many problems in trying to solve some issues with the house.

Overall, we love this house. Good sized rooms, really nice porches and decks, the putting area is a nice addition. It would be nice to have a grill. Over time things wear out or get "old" and this house is about ready for a few minor updates. Things like a new coffee pot, new silverware, better pots and pans, ceiling light bulbs that don't flicker when on dim, new carpet runner on stairs. All minor things that would not take a lot of money to update, but would enhance the vacation experience. But again, we would recommend this house to our friends. Good sized rooms, great porches and decks, great views both of the ocean and the sound.

Lots of chairs, games for kids, and comfortable rooms.

The house is amazing. Perfect size for a large group. The views and porches are unmatched. We loved having the elevator to help with luggage and packages also. The beach on this part of the island is huge, so be prepared for a walk down to the water. We didn't mind it, but older folks may have a harder time. We would definitely rent this house again.
