Paradise awaits at this beautiful, brand-new beach home in a great Surf City location! Enjoy being two short blocks away from the public beach access via the boardwalk and centrally located to shops, restaurants, and amazing local attractions. Some must-visit attractions you can find within a short drive include Surf City Ocean Pier, Topsail Touch Tank Aquarium, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, North Topsail Beach Town Park, North Shore Golf Course, and Hampstead Kiwanis Park.

When it comes to outdoor living, this beach gem boasts a grassy backyard that is perfect for outdoor entertainment! Host summertime barbecues using the provided gas grill or challenge your friends to entertaining cornhole games (there are two boards provided). The enclosed outdoor shower will be ideal for rinsing off the sand after a memorable day at the beach. If you wish to dine outdoors and enjoy the breeze, you will find a picnic table under the carport. Another great perk is the private dock available, so don't hesitate to bring your boat!

The ground level has a foyer with access to the elevator and space to store your beach items. The middle level boasts a spacious main suite with a walk-out to the sound-side deck and two additional bedrooms that have access to the front deck with a beach view. The upper level houses a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the great room, which has large windows to take in the superb views and access to the sound-side deck - this is the ultimate spot for admiring beautiful Topsail sunsets. When mealtime comes, prepare exquisite homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen that you can later enjoy at the breakfast bar or dining table. The upper level also has a fourth bedroom with deck access to view the beach. Additional perks include smart TVs, a washer/dryer, an elevator, and central AC.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
