We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at the Sandy Swan! This house was perfect for the two of us when we traveled to Wilmington for a wedding; we much preferred this setting to a more urban one. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The house is spotlessly clean as well which is always important to us. The outside provides several areas to enjoy -- front and back porches, patio, fire pit and hot tub! Kayaks, bicycles and beach equipment are also a nice plus. We appreciated the convenient location of The Sandy Swan as it is a short walk/ride to beach access and 5-minute drive to Oak Island's shops and restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

This house is well equipped and inviting. The kitchen is stocked well with all of the items needed to make meals. The back yard is wonderful! Hot tub was hot, the deck is a nice area to eat a meal, hang out or relax and there's a fire pit area. All surrounded with lights and cozy. We slept well, the home is in a quiet area

Sandy Swan is the perfect getaway! So relaxing. They have everything you need to feel at home. Whether you’re wanting a romantic weekend as a couple or a family vacation with the little ones. The hot tub, golf cart, bikes, outdoor shower, patio dining area, fire pit, the list goes on and on!!!

The Sandy Swan is adorable, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. Do not let the size fool you, my husband and I took our two teen daughters and everyone had space to relax. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made it easy for us to cook a healthy dinner for 4 nightly. The hot tub was a perfect end to a long day of exploring the area. Ample beach gear made beach day a breeze, and the outdoor shower made for quick clean up when we returned. The owners have made family time a priority with this little home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!
