The home was very clean and modern. It's just a couple of minutes walk to beach. It's near South Port where there is lots of restaurants and shops. We loved it!!
At first site, this home is gorgeous inside and well decorated! Conveniently located near the beach. Kitchen is very spacious and decently stocked, just needs a few more frequently used items (we ended up buying a cookie sheet and a blender to use). A couple of downfalls: 1) several soft spots on the floors where the planks will eventually loosen or give way 2) the air conditioner could not keep up to keep the house cool. Vacasa ended up bringing us window units and fans to use 3) the king bed needs a new frame and potentially mattress. There are not enough horizontal wooden planks to keep the mattress from sagging and it seemed like they tried to jimmy-rig a solution using small boards under the horizontal planks to add stability.
