OAI107 Anchor Forty-Five

This is a great place. We especially enjoyed the large spaces as well as the ping pong table and corn hole amenities. Beach access and pickle ball courts are within walking distance. Overall, great experience!

We loved our stay and simply did not want it to end! This beautiful, new house was perfect for our family of five with room to spare. So clean and comfortable - we have never felt so at home while on a vacation. The golf cart was wonderful to have - the cost of parking is already included with the golf cart. So easy! Multiple beach accesses and we never had an issue with finding a convenient parking space. Publix and some restaurants are also walkable, if needed. This will become our spot at OKI.

Loved everything except the stairs being so steep.

We had a perfect weekend at Anchor 45. The first thing that stood out was the beautiful decor of the beach house. You can tell it is virtually brand new and great quality from the appliances to the furniture. The location was walking distance not only to the beach, but to the town center where they have events, live bands, a park, and several walkable establishments for food/drink. We visited in February but I will definitely return in the summer season as it’s a short stroll to the beach access. We had coffee on the porch each morning and could hear the waves of the ocean and feel the ocean mist. Can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved our time here! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the electric fireplace in the living room was a nice touch for a December stay! The location of this home is INCREDIBLE! A short, 5 minute walk to the beach! And it’s in the heart of everything! Just a few minutes from a grocery store, restaurants, and more. We would definitely stay here again!
