Beachfront condo with pool hot tub and Gulf views from the balcony

Family of four enjoyed two great weeks in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Condo was comfortable, large and has a amazing view of the ocean. Perfect location to watch beautiful sunsets. Watched baby turtles hatch and cheered for them as they swam into the ocean. Beach is clean and very quiet. Condo complex is quiet and near many local restaurants. The condo has some improvements to be made but nothing that would stop us from recommending.

We enjoyed our week here and would recommend to other guests. The unit was clean and well-stocked.

I loved it here because of the access to the beach! Also, I liked how there were a few shops and places to eat within walking distance. The condo itself was also very clean, comfortable, and stylish.

Good location clean unit

We love this condo. It is very roomy and spacious. Furniture not only looks great but is very comfortable too!! Kitchen is stocked well with cooking utensils and pans and there are plenty of towels for both bath and pool!! The balcony furniture is functional and comfortable and obviously the view of the Gulf is amazing! The pool and lounging area are very nice and the grilling area is as well. The location of the condo is also excellent. You are within walking distance of many great eateries and shopping opportunities. CVS is 2 blocks away and this CVS Carrie’s a pretty decent amount of grocery items and souvenirs along with health and beauty aids. We love staying at Oceanside 404!!

It was a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean with everything you needed available. Easy walk to many restaurants, and small shops. The very best part was the balcony with comfortable patio furniture. We would love to visit again!
