Sunny beachfront condo with pool access to beach attractions

Great location, views from the balcony are amazing. This property is one of our favorites to stay in when visiting FL.

Construction happening during our stay with no fore warning of such projects happening. Very loud and disruptive, including early in the morning and waking up children.

Wonderful vacation condo for family or group of friends. Spectacular views, easy access to pool and beach. Fairly priced too!!

Condo was big and spacious with an amazing view of the gulf. Beds were comfy and condo was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys/games. The washer and dryer in the unit is very handy as is the starter supplies provided. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at a Vacassa run condo (in 2 different places) and they have not disappointed. Everything was amazing even when there was a small hiccup, I was kept in the loop by the local Vacassa staff and they took care of everything. I highly recommend this condo and Vacassa! We were provided detailed instructions on how to get into the property—super easy to follow. The condo was amazing! Lots of beach stuff to borrow during our stay. Extra chairs to set up on the balcony, if you decide to do that. Beach towels are provided which is SO nice. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a GOD SEND. We didn’t have to pack as much and we could wash up towels as needed. There is a keurig—so you can bring your favorite pods for the week. The fridge and freezer is super spacious —ice maker does not work, so just make sure you buy some bags of ice. The freezer holds 2 bags. Extra bedding and pillows were provided, which was really nice! The balcony provides the perfect sunset view every night. Also there’s a bird sanctuary near by, so you get to see all kinds of different birds flying in which is neat. They put a hose right outside the beach access coming back into the pool area, so you can hose everyone off and all your things as well. This is super convenient to get the sand off everything. And then the kids can just jump in the pool and cool off. This is our 4th year in this area for vacation and our first time using this condo and we will definitely be back! Also customer service is super responsive if you have a question!

We have stayed in this unit twice before and will be back next month (under the name of Donna Koonce). We love it so much!
