Spacious and family friendly with pool dock and just steps to the beaches

This is a lovely condo with comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen. Unfortunately, the ice maker did not work, so ice cube trays would have come in handy. Be sure to understand there is under the building parking and 2 stories of condos, so it is 2 flights up- no elevator. We are all in our 70’s and we managed the stairs okay👏 you can see the gulf and a bit of the inlet. It is a lovely place.

I loved the property — super clean, comfortable, and had everything you need! The only issue was that the coffee maker didn’t work well and should be replaced. Also, it was very hot when we arrived. It would be great if guests could lower the temperature to at least 70°F.

This condo was better than we expected. All of the furnishings seemed new. The balcony furniture and view were both wonderful. Plenty of supplies throughout the home, including pots and pans, blankets, and pillows. The parking is a bit tight if there are two bigger vehicles. We had one SUV and one truck and fit perfectly. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the ocean access is a right across the street. Plenty of local things to do that are walkable. Wonderful, quiet area. Now, the not so great. When we initially arrived to this two bathroom condo with our party of eight, one of the toilets would not flush. I reported it immediately to the customer service text line that we had and then I later called Vacasa customer service phone line. Both assured me a ticket had been placed and that I would hear from someone. 24 hours later, I had not heard from anyone, so I contacted VRBO directly who then reached out to the local Vacasa representative. She said she had no idea that we were having any trouble with our toilet and would have a plumber come by. By this time, we had bought our own supplies to fix the toilet which we were able to do. I never heard anything from anyone else. We were issued a small refund for our issue. Small, as in less than 5% of our total stay. Overall, I highly recommend based on the thought that you will have nothing that you need from customer service during your stay there.

The condo was super nice inside. Impeccably clean upon arrival. Super nice furniture, linens, kitchenware, and everything else. Ocean view from the beautiful balcony and a 2-3 min walk to the beach. We needed help with the WiFi and the vacasa support rep held led us immediately and we resolved the issue. It was great! I fully recommend it!

Quietness...home was very attractive and clean. Gathering place very nice outside, nice balcony, and the beach does not dissappoint
