Kick back and socialize in the living room or watch favorite shows in the privacy of your primary suite. Up a spiral staircase, the laidback loft creates more room to gather. A private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience. WHAT’S NEARBY Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants. THINGS TO KNOW No elevator. While this condo is dog-friendly, dogs are not allowed on the beach. The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

This condo is well-equipped and in a wonderful location in relation to the beach. It’s a quick walk to the sand. Yes, there are signs of wear and tear and things that should be replaced (such as several kitchen items…a bit disappointing, as I have seen this mentioned in other reviews and was surprised that it hadn’t been addressed), but the porch had beautiful views and the general layout and overall concept is great. I would stay here again. We enjoyed our trip and prefer this area to the beaches further north.

What a lovely condo! The decor was bright and beachy. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/crock pot/dutch oven/plates/cups/bowls/blender/coffee maker/serving utensils. The hall closet was stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, a wagon and an umbrella. The two bedrooms had plenty of comforters, pillows, sheets and bath towels. The upstairs loft had two daybeds with trundle beds underneath. The balcony had views of both the intercostal and the beach. Our family had a great time exploring the sweet town. The food was great and the locals were sooooo very friendly! We will definitely be back.
