The condo was great. The beds were comfortable, unit has been updated very nicely. We weren’t able to use the assigned parking space, we have a large SUV and the spot was too tight.

The location is like no other and the condo is updated. Steps from the beach and the most beautiful sunsets can be seen from the balcony. This is our second time staying there and we really enjoyed it. The construction was a bit loud in the morning and it was disappointing that the pool was still not ready for use, but work is being done daily to fix the hurricane damage. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Arie Dam 201 was a great condo to stay in. It had extra kitchen appliances, beach towels and beach chairs. Which is a big plus! The view was superb! There was construction while we were there making parking difficult at times. But we loved the location and enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with the condo itself. The rooms were very clean and up to date. I would certainly stay in this particular condo again if we return to Madeira. We were very disappointed to see the pool, hot tub, and outdoor area was still under repair. Knowing how big of toll the storms took on the area last year, we were happy to help support the local rebuild. However- it would have been courteous to at least notify us that the pool and hot tub were still out of commission. Most of the guest spots were taken with construction vehicles and there was no way to spray off sand from the beach, which made keeping condo clean a little more difficult. When you pay full price for what you think includes a pool area, it’s frustrating to not get it (or be notified, or offered a discounted rate). Condo- great. Disclosure- not so great.

Vacasa provided inaccurate information regarding damage that had occurred to the property. The inaccurate and untimely information resulted in a vacation stay with limited amenities (i.e. - no pool or hot tub) and a lobby area in disrepair.
