Dog friendly house with patio firepit fenced yard beach gear and AC

We did not have enough time but we enjoyed the place thank you so much .

The house was beautiful inside and outside. I was in town for a family gathering and this was just what I needed.Other than the wif not being the best, the stay was still ok. I would hope for the future that they would put a television in each room. I also like the fact that it was a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors really are concerned about the well being of the neighborhood. They have a neighborhood watch as well. The only down fall to the entire stay is that you pay a cleaning fee yet they require one to do X,Y and Z before checking out. I was able to get quick responses the entire weekend yet when I texted Sunday morning about checking out about 10 minutes late, I didn't get a quick response. I stated that I needed to leave about to minutes late to complete the washing of the towels that they ask you to wash. Although I bring my own towels, we had used their towels for standing on after shower time. If those minor things could be adjusted, I think the reviews could be a 10/10 at some point.

This home was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was convenient to the places we visited. They even had beach equipment for our use, which was nice. The house was clean, cozy, and well kept. Our puppy enjoyed her stay as well.

We have a large family of seven and although it’s three bedrooms that way, they accommodated the space was amazing just the right size as we weren’t in the house too much but when we were, it was literally perfect! So clean and they literally were so thoughtful in every way possible down to extra towels dishes, even having the fridge stocked with ice! All the little things that really make a difference!!! it was a great location. The neighborhood was super quiet. They have cameras at the front door, which is reassuring as we have those in our home as well. Location was really great only 10 to 20 minute drive to all the locations that we needed especially Clearwater beach itself! This home is a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend. Thanks again VACASA!! You made our vacation so perfect!

We stayed for ten days with our lab. He loved being outdoors where he was safely contained by a solid fence. We were there to attend a family gathering at Indian Rocks Beach. The house was conveniently located about ten minutes away in Largo. It was also convenient to eating and shopping establishments and other family members staying on the beach in three different locations. I hope to be able to stay there again when visiting local family.
