Third Floor Gulf Front Condo in Sand Castle I

The dishwasher was the worst, dishes weren’t clean upon arrival. One stove burner(the biggest one) didn’t work at all because the knob was broken, we had to go buy our own laundry detergent because the two packs they leave you were horrible. The powder packs don’t seem to work well with their front loader. They don’t leave enough garbage bags we had to go purchase those as well along with paper towels. The whole property grounds its self were awesome and recently updated. Great beach access. Parking was easy but tight. Very good and HOT hot tub and the pool was very nice. Will come back but possibly look for a different unit.

The house was as advertised. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our group. We had an awesome view of the beach and sunset. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to visit again.

The recently upgraded patios and balcony is noted and we loved it. We loved the location of this condo and the sunset views! If you have back issues bring a mattress topper the mattress is hard as a ROCK in all the rooms. We love Indian Shores and Indian Rocks, this condo puts you in the heart of it all!

We had a very relaxing stay at this condo. The day we arrived the air was not working but they sent someone out quickly the following day to fix it. The sunsets are incredible. The condo was bigger than it looked from the listing. It had everything we needed. Would rent it again.

We stayed for four weeks in this unit during March and absolutely enjoyed our time when we were staying there. We've stayed in other units in this building, and loved that this was a corner unit with extra balcony space that allowed us to enjoy being outside more during the day. We appreciated that the unit was at the opposite end of the building, away from the pool area, which made it quite peaceful, especially when we were sitting outside. The location of the unit was also easily accessible both by elevator and staircase. It is also family friendly. The unit itself was comfortable and had (almost) everything that we needed. Our garage parking spot was wonderful. Any concerns/issues that we had were addressed by management within 24 hours of our submission. And we finally got to see dolphins on our last day there! There was a lot of hurricane repair/refurbishing of the building happening during our stay, and we were very understanding of the need for the work to be done while we were there. This is a very nice unit, and we would love to return in the future to see all of the updates and changes that were being made during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting a nice stay in Indian Shores.
