Coastal home with pool lanai patio and fireplace

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Seminole Chateau. Loved waking up and seeing the pool from the bed. Walking out and jumping in the water for refreshing swim in the hot days. Lovely screened lanai to keep the bugs away, while having a drink or dinner out. The property offers everything you could need for short or even longer stay. Notable mentions are 3 TVs, electric outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen and more... Beds are super comfortable! Location is also great! 10-15 min from the closest beach, 15 min to the Clearwater airport, 20 min to Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater Beach! 5 min to shopping and restaurants yet, quite and peaceful at the house! Loved it and will definitely come back soon!

Lovely, clean and very spacious property in a very quiet neighbourhood which is close to great amenities and the wonderful beaches. The totally private yard with large swimming pool complete with built-in jacuzzi is a real highlight for those seeking a relaxing but fun place to hang out. Would not hesitate to recommend and looking forward to staying staying here again in the future!

We spent a pleasant family time in this house. Comfortable, clean and tarnishing. Everything worked, comfortable beds. The only thing I would add is that if the group is more than 4 people the pots can be small to cook and that it would have been better if they had a grill to prepare a delicious bbq. But otherwise it was great. I would come back without hesitation!

Wish I could attach the pics of the pool. The bottom is mostly brown. We were there for 4 days and couldn’t get in and owners still haven’t responded to a credit. Also guest bathroom does not have hot water. We reported and no one came out. Once again I wish I could screen shot my text for evidence. Communication goes a long way. Will give 48 hours and then I will have to report to my credit card the documentation.

Enjoyed stay

This home is comfortable and spacious. My mother had never been in an air b n b. She was amazed with how comfortable the beds were. The house was spacious, the dining area was great to hang out in. The garage door did not open, which could have been helpful when it rains as much as it does in Florida. The pool was large and private. The steps in the shallow end were a big steep. The home had a starter kit with everything we needed and very clear directions on how everything worked.
