Liked the location, struggled to gain access once we arrived due to bad access code - thankful support was available 24/7. Property could use an updated coat of paint to brighten it up, more seating in the living room for guests of more than 3 people and thankful they had a management support team, as we had to contact them several times for assistance.

We only stayed one night due to our unit having AC issues. We would have relocated for the week but did not want to have to drive to beach and pay for parking daily. Gorgeous unit!!! Great locate for a Golfer or family that doesn’t want to go to beach daily!!! We were only there was about 8 hours so can’t give further feedback.

Great condo. Super spacious. Comfortable bedding. Dining/living/balcony all really nice. TVs are great-Spectrum Cable. Really great kitchen/breakfast nook with sitting area window. Everything works. Washer/Dryer. So many different beach toys/chairs/umbrellas. You don’t need to bring anything. Lots of beach towels. The complex is beautiful. The pool/hot tub were fabulous. Golf course setting was very relaxing. I would rent here again. Very close to St. Pete’s beach and Pass-A-Grille beach. It’s nicely located in relation to St. Petersburg, too. Easy drive from Tampa airport.

The condo has beautiful view of golf course, very spacious and quiet. neighborhood is gorgeous and friendly. My only issue was when I went to get my parking permit. Although the add stated pet Friendly and I wrote saying I had a dog and was assured that was ok the lady handing out permit said it was not. And was going to withhold my parking pass. Luckily I do have a service dog and he had documents but if I had just a pet I don’t know what I was going to do. Maybe straighten this out so another traveller or won’t get rejected for having a pet.
