The guest bathroom has a fully tiled tub/shower combination. In the living room, the queen-size Murphy bed accommodates extra guests. Other amenities include two designated parking spots, a beach cart and gear, a set of golf clubs, and a washer/dryer. The complex also has an additional coin-operated laundry facility. THE LOCATION Head out of the condo and in just a few steps you’ll have your toes in the sand of St. Pete beach. Cool down with something sweet from Twistee Treat or Micki’s Ice Cream Shoppe, both a 4-minute walk away. You’re also within walking distance to numerous restaurants offering everything from fast food to seafood to cross-cultural flavors. End the night with a cocktail or a pint at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar or The Toasted Monkey, just a 5-minute walk down the road.
