We enjoyed our 40+ day stay! The house was super cute and they have everything you need. The owner/landlord, Scott, is super accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this rental!

comfortable home, everything needed to cook, conveniently located to restaurants & shopping, pleasant walkable neighborhood perfect for walking your dog, peaceful, fully enclosed back yard. adjacent to the cute hyde park neighborhood. warning: the roots of the tree in the front of the house are brutal, watch out so you don't roll an ankle. driveway is narrow so it's annoying if you have more than 1 car coming & going, you constantly need to move the cars and it's a pretty busy street.

Apart from the incredible furnishings and very appealing finishing touches, and unbeatable location, the highlight of this stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of Scott and his wife. They were beyond accommodating, including helping my family out with various items and logistics and my family moved to the area from overseas. We could not have asked for a better accommodation or hosts. We will stay again for sure.

This is a real treat in terms of location! Not many spots in South Tampa that I would be comfortable call home- but this is one of them. The host was gracious, helpful, and kind. Perfect location for nightlife, sports, and entertainment. Highly recommend!!
