The convenience
Overall this house was great. The living room is cute and beds were comfy (bonus as usually vacation rentals are not). They provided 2 towels, a wash cloth and hand towel per person which was great. The overall house was clean, too, especially as it is a bit older (all of Charleston is) so it was nice in this regard. The only thing is that the AC is not cold enough or strong--this I think is a setting by the house managers as it does not go lower than 72 but some parts of the house (due to age, ceiling height, etc.) did feel pretty warm. This was June, so I imagine in July/August it would be much warmer in parts of the house at night.
Nice 1st floor unit of a 2 level home - has everything you may need for a home base while exploring Charleston. Plenty of space and beds - Only thing missing really is a dining table. That may not apply to some as we took advantage of the short walk to a bunch of great restaurants. Would stay here again
Good location
Location, 2 bathrooms, clean
Good bedrooms. The layout was comfortable but a bit odd. No dining space. Perfect if you’re going to dine out. The neighborhood was quiet but further from downtown than we envisioned
