We loved the location on Folly Beach- absolutely gorgeous! The house needs a little updating, but it was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

We have stayed in this home for 3 years and we love the location and the fact that it is so close to the beach with a great boardwalk. The home does need many improvements. The back door knob literally falls off and has been like this for 3 years. The kitchen sink situation is absolutely terrible! There are 2 sinks in the kitchen and both are so tiny you can't fit a pan in to wash. There are 2 dishwashers and only one works. The one that works took FOREVER to clean.

Our family of nine enjoyed this house immensely. There was plenty of room along with great bedrooms/bathrooms. Was a little far to Main Street where the restaurants and stores were but an easy drive. The location right on the beach was amazing. So nice to walk out the back porch and down the steps right to the beach and water. Monday-Friday there weren’t many people out on the beach.

Beautiful setting on Folly Beach with direct access to the beach. House is a big box rental with extremely tired furnishings from the 90’s. The house is functional but not beachy at all and doesn’t take advantage of the beautiful view. There are no rooms on the main level that you can sit in a chair or couch and enjoy the view. Living room has no view of the beach as there is a fireplace on the wall instead of a picture window. There are two dining areas but no den for sitting. Furniture looks like frat boys went shopping at grandpa’s 90’s garage sale. Nothing matches, outdoor furniture is used as indoor, outdoor furniture on deck is a mishmash of pieces. The house has so much potential but doesn’t deliver. Elevator is locked up and can’t be used. Can’t recommend this property for the price compared to other homes on Folly.
