Can’t beat the view. House is older but all you need!
Great property and great stay. I have previously had issues with Vacasa so this was a better experience for a change. I could only leave a 4 star review because of three issues encountered during our two week stay. The worst issue was the floor buckled up about 6 inches across the entire living room on day 11 or 12. Based on previous reviews this was an issue in the kitchen which means there is an underling problem with the flooring that has been ongoing and has not been fixed properly in the past. The reality is this is a major issue and could expose both Vacasa and the property owners to possible legal action if someone were to get hurt. In our case my wife tripped over it with her ankle that she broke earlier in the year and experienced pain for several days. With that said we reported the issue before we left and covered it with large carpets during our stay. The next issue was the dryer which is so loud that it can be heard across the entire house and outside. Relatively speaking, dryers are not that expensive (about 20-24 of them could be purchased with the cost of our stay). Based on this, it seems like they should just simply replace the dryer. Finally, the kitchen is not stocked with adequate tools. For example, there were no tongs, potato peeler, or potato masher. Again, relatively speaking it is not that expensive to supply adequate kitchen tools.
Great view from inside and the particular location are winners. Older and tight master bathroom. No live cable news channels are offered. Large new house under construction next door on the south side and extending beyond the back of the house. Construction during the day and future privacy on the deck may be issues. Looks great for young families but too tight for more than one couple if seniors.
Great spot for a family vacation right on the beach
Location and view was awesome. Priced fairly. Great amenities.
Loved the house and location. Perfect spot to spend the long weekend. Coffee and sunrise on the deck can't be beat!
