This marvelous and spacious getaway is conveniently located in downtown Isle of Palms, just a quick walk to restaurants and shops. The Isle of Palms Marina offers boat rentals, tours, and island excursions just down the street! Less than one mile away is the Isle of Palms County Park, a haven for outdoor enthusiasts - there, you can find a picnic area, sand volleyball, children's play area, snack bar, and boardwalk. Downtown Charleston is just 14 miles from Isle of Palms, where you can enjoy historic area tours. You can rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the sand. Step inside, and find that the large rooms and modern updates make it ideal for families who want to spread out and relax. Central air-conditioning makes it easy to stay cool during the summer. Wind down on the sectional and watch your favorite show on the cable TV. Prepare homemade delicacies in the well-equipped full kitchen, or head outside and fire up the private gas grill for a tasty barbecue meal. The property also features a washer/dryer for your convenience, so you don't have to worry about packing heavy bags. Consider also renting the top floor unit to book the whole home. Top and bottom floors do not connect from inside the home. There are separate stairs for top floor entrance on side of home. The location of this house was perfect for our family. The house and items provided were just what we needed. The problem with the wi-fi caused much difficulty to work while on vacation. We only had wi-fi connection for 2 out of 7 days. Make sure they get new equipment before booking! Many of my children ran out of data on their devices due to this. Promised wi-fi service and rec'd so little. (The tv connection was spotty as well. Need to update equipment!)

The location is awesome. It's a short walk to the beach and to downtown IOP. It's also perfect if you have a dog e.g. fenced back yard and open-air porch.
