Location was wonderful. Home has so much potential but has been neglected in terms of amenities. Do not rent this house if two people need to sleep in the master bedroom.

The location is a 10. The house itself is a worn rental property that is in need of a refresh. It appears that other renters have noted this on older reviews, but many more recent ones don’t note it so the quality of the rental surprised us. Some examples, there is evidence of water damage throughout, would not use the master bedroom closet, due to musty smell. A bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, the dryer is full of rust, never seen anything like it, needs to be replaced. The entire interior needs paint, trim is all chipped, the cooking skillets are cheap and need to be replaced, unless you like chipped Teflon. The house works if you are looking for a great location and don’t mind a home that hasn’t been cared for properly.

Our family loved the beach house. It was spacious, clean, and the porch was amazing. The proximity to town was wonderful and close to food and shopping. Would recommend this home to anyone.
