This was a great place to stay and was spacious enough for two children and 4 adults. Plenty of room in master if you need to bring a crib.

15 minute walk to beach. Located on 2nd floor, 3 sets of steps to go up. Spacious, Family room has nice laminate flooring, but sectionals dirty/stained. Large smart TV. Master bedroom bed was comfortable, but the mattress pad was nasty with stains. Stains on bedroom carpets. No drawers in bathroom vanities, so you have to bend down to store and retrieve everything. Kitchen not well stocked, only one glass 2 cup measuring cup. Not enough spoons. Only one 12 ounce glass, lots of small 8 ounce. Washer and dryer are normal size, work well, the dryer has the longest loudest beep I have ever heard!

The townhouse had all the necessities, and was close to beach access. Very quiet community, well-kempt and convenient to grocery store, restaurants, activities, and more.

Our family loved the location of the home on the lagoon, the proximity to the beach and bike paths. The beach is about 0.7 mile and is walkable. This Villa was perfect for a nice beach vacation and bike rides.
